What people ask before they switch.

Why is the software this cheap?

Writing and running software has become dramatically cheaper, and we would rather pass that on than hide it in a price per seat. We charge properly for the part that still takes real people: implementation, consultancy and support.

Is hosting included?

Yes, for schools and businesses. Your workspace runs in our shared environment at no extra cost, within fair limits. If you need more, a dedicated environment is billed at cost plus 10%.

Do students learn on real business software?

Yes. They use the same applications that companies use. Business exercises will run on practice data, so students never see real customer data.

Can students use AI?

Soon: a free AI assistant, switched on per class by their teacher, is planned. Teachers can already connect their own AI to write course material and plan lessons.

Do you charge for AI?

No. You connect your own AI at no extra cost, and the built-in assistant we are planning will be free within a fair-use limit. We don't resell AI.

Which AI can I connect?

Any AI client that supports MCP, the open Model Context Protocol. We test with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor and VS Code.

Can I give an app to only part of my team?

No. An app you switch on covers every user in your workspace. That keeps the price simple: your number of users times the apps you use.

Is there a minimum?

Software has a minimum of €99 per workspace per year. A dedicated environment has a minimum management fee of €25 a month.

What does the school price include?

Everything: every app, including API testing and monitoring, every app we add later (Secure Sign too, when it launches), shared hosting and the free AI assistant once it is there. You pay per student. Teachers and staff are included.

Are prices in euro and excluding VAT?

Yes. All prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Software is billed per year. A dedicated environment and support are billed per month.
